

Hanelore pursued her BA (Hons) Architecture at The Cass, London. She has completed her MArch Architecture degree at Central Saint Martins (UAL), and her final project focused on finding alternative modes of accommodation for migrant workers. Hanelore qualified as an architect at the University of Westminster, where she graduated from her Part 3 with Distinction.
Throughout her professional experience in London and Paris, Hanelore has worked on residential and mixed-use developments, ranging in scale from single family homes to 200+ unit developments.
Fred is a conservation architect and registered with both the ARB and RIBA. In his career to date, he has carefully repaired a number of historic buildings and structures from a masterplanning level to detailed elements.
Fred has experience both in and outside of conservation in multiple industry sectors. Having worked for a number of award winning practices across the country, he brings a high design criteria and a new way of assessing projects from a heritage perspective.
Duncan became an architect in 1994 after studying at the Oxford School of Architecture. He has worked for several top practices in London and, after becoming a sole practitioner in 2000, became a director of RRA Architects London. He formed Gunn Associates in September 2018.
Duncan has a wide range of professional expertise including providing advice on project feasibility/viability, strategic masterplanning, mixed-use developments, and education projects.
Simon has been a registered UK architect for over 9 years. He trained while working for celebrated architectural practices including John McAslan + Partners and Group Dyer and has worked with Duncan over several years at RRA Architects.
Comprehensive experience across multiple sectors enables Simon to contribute at all works stages of the construction process. A more focused role within Gunn finds Simon working within the Education and Residential sectors, applying vast technical experience to the design process to ensure that projects are delivered with added value.
Louise earned her undergraduate and master’s degrees at the Kent School of Architecture. Louise has a diverse range of experience, having contributed to the British Pavilion’s research programme at the 15th Architecture Biennale in Venice and having worked for a plethora of sizeable London based Architectural Practices.
Within GUNN Associates, Louise specialises in SME developer-led residential design. She is motivated in particular to develop homes to meet the needs of first-time buyers, both high in quality and affordable, whilst also situated in desirable locations.
Ted graduated from Oxford Brookes University in 2017 with a keen interest in modular housing.
His role within the office various working across different sectors; education, commercial, residential and developer-led residential. This includes researching and designing masterplans, working on small to large residential proposals, and designing commercial offices and industrial areas. Alongside this, Ted produces and edits the videos for GUNN as well as any creating any presentations or hand drawn sketches to assist new proposals.
