We have been working with Regent’s University London for over five years; working on their capital, remodelling, improvements, and cyclic maintenance projects. Our detailed knowledge of the campuses, and the client organisation, was the reason why we were chosen to produce the masterplan, or ‘Blueprint’, for the University. The process of informing the several stakeholders, each with their own priorities and requirements, was carefully planned and required fine-tuned presentations. The basis of the Blueprint is the educational concept of the ‘sticky campus’, an idea that you can find out more about from our series of info-videos.
The culmination of the Blueprint is a considered programme of change for the University; change that includes organisational and faculty revisions, and major capital projects such as the refectory mezzanine project, the new fitness complex and department reorganisations.
EDUCATION PROJECTS
We have worked with several higher and secondary educational establishments on the masterplanning and realisation of their capital projects. Our proven strategy is to embed ourselves into the culture of the client’s establishment, and this has shown itself to produce considered solutions appropriate to the budget and programme. We provide services including masterplanning and strategic programmes, bespoke design solutions, fabric surveying and maintenance programmes, and fire strategies. We communicate with governing bodies, management teams, and trustee boards, as well as landlords and estates owners. We work through all project stages from feasibility to completion.
